BINGHAMTON, NY – Broome County Government Jason Garnar and Broome County
Division of Social Companies Commissioner Nancy Williams are recognizing little one welfare
staff as a part of Baby Welfare Workforce Improvement Month.
Baby welfare staff present important companies in Broome County and have continued to take action
throughout these unprecedented instances and regardless of the challenges of COVID-19.
