Healthy Recipe: Chinese Tofu Salad

Chinese language Tofu Salad — makes 4 servings

• 14 oz. of additional agency tofu
• Canola oil (optionally available)
• four teaspoons of sesame oil
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
• ½ tablespoon of chili paste
• 2 teaspoons of low-sodium soy sauce
• ½ teaspoon of salt
• ½ teaspoon of sugar
• 1.5 cups of carrots, peeled and shredded
• 1/three cucumber, minimize into strips
• ½ massive pink bell pepper, minimize into strips
• four oz. of water chestnuts, sliced and drained
• three tablespoons of cilantro, chopped


  1. Wash and put together uncooked greens on a big reducing board.
